The Story

A fast, sweet AeroPress with a short bloom and gentle plunge for clarity and body.

Notes

Adapted from Morgan Eckroth's competition-style AeroPress approach (inverted or standard).

Method

1. 01

   Rinse filter and add 18g medium-fine coffee.

2. 02

   Bloom with 50g of 92°C water for 30 seconds.

3. 03

   Pour to 200g total, stir gently, and plunge over 30 seconds around 2:00.
