A simplified one-pour method suited to the flat-walled MUGEN dripper.

Method

1. 01

   Add 25g coffee to a V60 MUGEN with rinsed filter.

2. 02

   Pour all 375g water in one slow center pour.

3. 03

   Let draw down finish near 1:45.
