The Story
A hot-brewed filter coffee method over ice that preserves origin character and makes a refreshing cup.

Adapted from James Hoffmann's iced filter approach.
Method
- 01
Rinse the filter and add 30g of medium-fine coffee.
- 02
Place the server over ice (about 100g ice) before brewing.
- 03
Bloom with 60g water, then pour to 400g total by 3:30.
